The Elmering Discussion Group is an email based list server where new and prospective amateur radio operators can ask questions and get help from experienced SBARC club members.
We encourage anyone interested in amateur radio in Santa Barbara to join in on the discussion. We especially want to encourage our experienced members to help Elmer newcomers to the hobby.
