Build your own VHF, UHF antenna, or use as support for HF, etc. – Tapered fiberglass antennas up to 18 feet long. There are old commercial mountain-top antennas, mostly useful for construction which may use equipment like the one on this informative post. Can build colinear antennas inside, run wire inside or wrap wire coils outside to make HF antennas, or use as support for other antennas. Bases are about 2″ diameter or so. Disassembled DB Products 225-B Low Band 3-element Yagi. 7 db gain over a dipole. Currently around 38 MHZ, could be converted to 6 meters. Folded dipole driven element, end mounted boom, Google “WISCO db230” to see latest version.

Two Motorola MICOR Low-Band 100 Watt former CHP mobile radios with dual receivers, one currently on 52.92 and 52.525. These are big radios – 25X13X4 inches. If nothing else, makes a great 100 FM watt amplifier for low power exciter. Misc. control heads, speakers.

GE MLS mobile programmable UHF radio, currently programmed for a FRS frequency.

GE Mastr Executive II UHF mobile radio

Regency UHF repeater, Microcom V01RA. Listed as 453.475 TX 458.475 Rx, 0.5 watt Transmit, 0.5 microvolt Rx.

Connect Systems Private Patch IV (that’s “4”) telephone interconnect for a repeater (both send and receive calls)

Nems Clarke Telemetry Receiver model RX R1037F, 19″ rack mount, with 215 – 260 MHz and 2150 – 2350 MHz plug-in front ends and built in spectrum display unit.

Low Band 3-element side mount beam antennas, could be converted to 6-meters.

Two single feed element Direct TV dish antennas
