We will be once again meeting via ZOOM this month. We will be having an original presentation on Earthquake Preparation prepared for the Coachella Valley area (relevant for all of Southern California) by Dr. Dennis Mileti and Ken Ekland. It will be presented by Jim Knight – WA6RNV.

Because of the proprietary nature of the presentation, only SBARC members will be able to view the recorded version of the meeting after the meeting is concluded. We will make this available to members via a special link we will send out by email.

SBARC trustee Bill Talanian, W1UUQ gave us a fascinating presentation about the SBARC telecommunications systems at Santa Ynez Peak. He has numerous photographs showed work performed at the site. Few of us have had the opportunity to see what goes on at this major repeater site, but Bill knows all! His vast historical knowledge of our local repeater sites is always interesting and informative!
