ARES Net
Amateur Radio Emergency Service Monday Night Net
The Santa Barbara South County ARES net is held each Monday at 7:30 p.m. on 146.19/.79 (PL 131.8). Guests are welcome to participate in this net. In addition to ARES traffic, there are often announcements regarding the Santa Barbara Amateur Radio Club and those of interest to the general Amateur community. The net also holds periodic on-the-air exercises as part of this net.
