Upcoming Classes

The class consists of five Saturday morning sessions to be held April 5, 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 2008 at 9:30 AM. The location is the American Red Cross facility at 2707 State Street, Santa Barbara, California. Parking is available behind the building via Alamar Street. The license exam will be held on the following Saturday, May 10, at 8:30 AM. Test location will be announced during the class.

The class is presented by the Santa Barbara Amateur Radio Club, a charitable, non-profit educational corporation. There is no charge for this class. Classes are offered during the spring and summer (or fall) of each year.

Each class session will go to about 1:00 PM. The class format will be a short introduction lecture on each topic followed by video instruction and discussion. The class and license test do not require technical or mathematical ability. Even you can do it!
